Managed the homepage along with 2 designers. Was responsible for the overall rollout during the separation with Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Implemented key features such as ambient videos and was involved in organizing the editorial calendar to plan out what stories we feature on the homepage on a bi-weekly cadence.
The new design resulted in a 10.92 CTR yoy growth. I also managed, led, and created the overall strategy for world-wide release to tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 countries and preserved the overall look & feel of the experience to 72 countries.
Category Templates
The project's main goal was to create a flexible category template for users to explore HP's portfolio across 72 countries. Insights from our AB test showed users preferred direct access to product offerings over extensive marketing content. Led the redesigned of the category page template to streamline user experience, introducing a 'Learn & Shop ' call-to-action for easier conversion.
Product Detail Page Templates
Managed and led the design and development of the Model Detail Page (MDP). Insights from Clicktale and Omniture analytics revealed the old design's lack of mobile-friendliness, excessive repetitive content, and difficulties in user conversion. To address these, we created a mobile-first template, supported content development for partners, and implemented omnipresent navigation with a buy button for seamless user experience.
